Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to develop scalable and high-performance
software solutions. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team, driving the full
software development lifecyclefrom conceptualization to deployment.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you should be well-versed in both front-end and back-end
technologies, experienced with development frameworks, and comfortable working with third-
party libraries. A strong sense of visual design and usability is highly valued.

Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design and implement
software solutions
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable client-side and server-side applications
- Create intuitive, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive front-end interfaces
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components
- Develop, manage, and optimize databases and web applications
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Ensure software responsiveness, performance, and security compliance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Set up and maintain security measures to protect data and applications
- Write clear technical documentation to support ongoing development
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PHP 5+ expertise with a deep understanding of OOP principles
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Laravel
- Proficiency in MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Phalcon, CodeIgniter, Yii 2.0,
CakePHP, Zend
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with web servers (Apache, Nginx) and cloud platforms like AWS (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (Backbone.js, JavaScript, XML,
jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS)
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Node.js is a plus)
- Version control expertise with Git
- Experience with Linux environments and web hosting solutions
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, BTech, BCA, MCA, or a related
field
