Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a strong background in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Event Management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions and must hold a valid ServiceNow CSA certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, specializing in ITOM, Event Management, and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management integrations (e.g., monitoring tools).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
• ITOM and/or CMDB certification is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
