  • Tech Mahindra Hinjewadi is hiring fresher's, undergraduates with any experience and experienced candidates for International Voice Process

Job Location: Hinjewadi, Phase-3, Pune Education : UG / Graduate (Any Stream) / Post Graduate. Experienced: Minimum 1 year or more experience in customer support (preferably) (International voice experience) Shift Timings: 24/7 Shift 5 days working Immediate Joining Cab pick & drop

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to be Connect customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems or complaints across various service channels
a. Candidates must be open to work on 24x7 work environment.
b. Candidates must be EXCELLENT in written and verbal communication skills.
c. Deliver service and support to end-users.
d. Interact with customers and provide information in response to queries, concerns, and requests.
e. Analyze the Issue and Research on the available tools and over the Web to take necessary actions to provide integrated data
f. Identify and prioritize issues based on the Severity.
g. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
h. Providing email/ chat- based support to customers.
i. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
j. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
k. Candidate must be VnA clear
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduate & above
1. Must have minimum 12 months experience in BPO
2. Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and Problem Solving Skills
3. Excellent verbal communication Skills.
4. Commitment to excellent customer service
5. Should be comfortable using computers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
2. Communication: Excellent English language skills
3. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
