Software Engineer III @ Walmart

Looking for skilled ABAP developers proficient with major SAP tech stack( OOABAP , ABAP on HANA , ODATA , BRF , Interfaces/Proxy etc). Responsibilities include supporting, analyzing and fixing SAP standard and custom developed objects while ensuring overall application is robust, easy to maintain and scalable.
Must have experience in implementation and support projects. Should have good analytical and communication skills. Demonstrating commitment towards collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. What you'll do:

Understand requirements from the customer s perspective and ensure User story adherence for the feature being developed.
Propose solution design and validate them with the technical architects in the team.
Come up with innovative solutions in problem solving and adhere to development processes such as code review, JIRA updates, coding guidelines, release and delivery activities and efficient use of tools used for these processes.
Assisting the functional teams when necessary during analysis phase by performing R&D on technical issues, working on Proof of Concept etc
Demonstrate skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance.
Strong ABAP and S4 Technical skills help delivering objects involved in projects.
Good Communication skills along with ability to work with NON SAP teams to coordinate and understand Interface details like EDI, Middleware, Network etc

What you'll bring:

4-7 years of development experience with good understanding of SAP standard solutions for business processes
Experience in ABAP with OOPS concepts, ODATA/CDS, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, SAP Enhancement framework, Web Dynpro ABAP, UI/UX, Reports, Module Pool, Enhancements, Interfaces, Workflow, ALE IDocs, SAP-S4 HANA. FIORI Expertise in BRF, PI, Gateway, UI5, HANA would be an added advantage.
Experience of having worked in large consolidation projects with hands on development experience in handling one or more SAP implementations.
SAP Retail functional knowledge will be an added advantage.
Open to learn and contribute to new technologies and not just limited to SAP.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 2years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 4 years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP, Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area
