What you will bring
B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science
4+ years of experience in design and development of highly -scalable applications and platform development in product based companies or RD divisions using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Management.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML, CSS, HTML, Angular JS, jelly scripting, JSON, SOAP REST Web Services and thorough understanding of its core principles
Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow HRSM Module - Creating Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Portal, Workflows and Orchestration
Should have an understanding of ServiceNow development, including creation of Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Roles etc. Uni and bidirectional integration using SOAP and REST messages/web services and Mid Servers.
Experience on ServiceNow recent features like Agent Workspace, Integration Hub, Manager s Hub, Advanced Work Assignment would be helpful.
Experience around ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Virtual agent, AI/ML to improve user s experience would be appreciated.
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments and especially on SSO process
Demonstrated ownership for development and design of a few modules/features in a product.
Hands on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
Ability to adapt to change quickly, willingness to learn new and emerging technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Awareness of Agile (Scrum) methodologies by using tools like JIRA.
Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
