Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to support our Global Head of Presales in building holistic technical proposals in NextGen IT, Digital and System Integration that meet/exceed client requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years experience in building IT technical solutions for cross-functional requirements. The candidate should have the ability to blend our company s offerings and be creative in complementing with outside-in capabilities as needed, to best meet the customer s requirements.
Job responsibilities will include, yet not limited to:
- Read and analyze proposal documents to develop an in-depth understanding of client requirement and objective.
- Work with internal teams to build concepts and blueprint technical solutions architecture diagrams.
- Actively interact with the client to clarify requirements and proactively suggest industry best practices that are relevant in the given context.
- Build custom solutions with unique value proposition, while ensuring consistency with our company s strategy.
- Actively engage with the pursuit/bid team to collaborate and co-create winning themes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Pre-sales/solutioning work experience in a medium-to-large Systems Integrator company with a specific focus on Product and Digital Engineering.
- Experience in solutioning architecture, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation, Tech Debt reduction, Cost Optimization, etc.
- Industry/domain experience in one or more of the following Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing, Transportation, Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance.
- Proficiency in emerging and next-gen technologies such as IoT, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Machine Learning (ML) , etc. , and ability to translate that to customer benefits.
- Where applicable, proficient in industry specific technology standards, security compliance requirements, etc.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, digital transformation or relevant area.
- Strong experience in building (native) scalable solutions with hyperscalers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent and assertive communicator to constructively challenge client s requirement/thinking and being able to convince them with the proposed solution.
- Experience in a cross-functional or matrix organization in an international setting.
