Hiring for Spray Painters (EXPERINCED) DUBAI
Experience - 1-3 Years
Location - Dubai Work role - Electrical/Maintenance/Site/Supervision/Mechanical
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces of sanitary ware products before glazing.
- Operate and maintain manual or automated spray painting equipment.
- Apply ceramic glaze or coatings with correct thickness, color, and texture.
- Monitor and control application parameters such as spray pressure, angle, and distance.
- Ensure smooth, defect-free finishing and uniform coverage.
- Inspect finished products and report any quality issues or surface defects.
- Clean, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance of spray tools and booths.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with kiln operators, quality inspectors, and other production staff.
- Maintain daily logs and records of sprayed products.
Key Skills Required:
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Knowledge of ceramic glaze materials and application techniques
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production schedules
- Basic knowledge of spray equipment operation and maintenance
- Awareness of safety standards related to spray painting and chemical handling
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina to work in hot and standing conditions
- Salary AED 1300 to 1500 AED (30,000 - 35,000 INR) + OT + Medical+ Leave benefits
Leave: 60 days every two years, plus two-way tickets. Incentives: Production incentives are paid every three months based on individual and factory performance. Salary Increase: After 6 months, salary will be revised based on performance.
