Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive placement strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
Analyze market demands, industry sectors, and employer needs to identify potential placement opportunities.
Set clear placement targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Employer Relationship Management:
Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of potential employers across relevant industries.
Identify new companies and organizations for potential collaborations and placement opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for employer inquiries and recruitment activities.
Organize and manage employerConnect events, job fairs, and on-campus/virtual recruitment drives.
Candidate Guidance and Preparation:
Provide expert career counseling and guidance to candidates on career goals, industry expectations, and job search strategies.
Oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of training programs and workshops on resume writing, interview skills, professional etiquette, and other employability skills.
Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
Guide candidates through the entire placement process, from application to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Placement Operations and Administration:
Manage the end-to-end placement process, including candidate profiling, matching candidates with job opportunities, and facilitating interview schedules.
Oversee the collection, maintenance, and analysis of placement data and statistics.
Generate reports on placement outcomes, progress towards targets, and key metrics for management reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards in placement activities.

Industry Liaison and Knowledge Sharing:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, recruitment practices, and labor market dynamics.
