Job Description
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites like LinkedIn, employee referrals, university career centers) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent for open positions.
- Conduct research and identify relevant industry events and conferences to network and source potential candidates.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources/ business administration/ or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and a passion for finding top talent are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
