We are Hiring for ITES Company for B2B Collection Role.

Job Description :

• Minimum 1 years of experience in international Voice/Webchat/email Process or B2B Collections.
• Understanding of all Collections KPIs & SLAs performance reports and tools and should be able to implement the same.
• Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing excellent services and achieving assigned goals.
• Oversight on the team and ensuring daily BAU. Manage day to day operations functions of team management and performance delivery.
• Good Follow up skills with customer for all collections activities.
• Handling disputes and resolution.

Skills:-

• Good communication Skills, Written and Verbal.
• Efficient in presentations and Strong analytical and Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
• Fair understanding on Quality tools and methodology.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
