Key Accountabilities of the HR Function

    • Implement a structured integration and onboarding program.
  • Talent Development & Succession
    • Design customized learning and development paths for key roles.
    • Build and maintain a leadership pipeline.

    • Conduct pulse surveys and implement employee feedback systems.
