Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer to join our Global Measurement Services team as part of the Global Adoption Insights License Compliance organization (GLAC).

- Ensure high quality of Global measurement services for in line with GLAC s strategy and goals
- Analyze customer s consumption of SAP licenses
- Have a positive impact on shaping day-to-day business, motivating and engaging the involved teams and fostering their development
- Ensure adherence of process quality and customer focus as part of the GLAC strategies
- Demonstrate agility to quickly respond and adapt to changing internal and external conditions
- Collaborate with your peers and the global GLAC GMS GLAC leadership team to ensure success
What you bring
- Master s degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, physics, or engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in SAP IT Services, License Audit Services, Customer Tool Innovation with proficiency in all components
- Good understanding of all SAP license models and translation into business concepts for technical implementation
- Experience in running or contributing to strategic projects including service execution is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with C-level executives.
- Ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as customers and user groups.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent English language skills is a must
