Job Description

Profile-Test Lead

Location: Hyderabad (Preferable)

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years and above

Notice Period: Max 15-30 Days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and on schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners.
• Act as a key player in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure testing processes integrate seamlessly with Agile methodologies.
• Oversee manual and automated test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and enhance testing efficiency.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and team management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
