Go Digit Life Insurance is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Tele Assist on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This role offers flexible working hours, making it perfect for recent graduates and housewives who are looking to balance work with other commitments. As a Teleassist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our life insurance products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Go Digit Life Insurance products.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or housewives with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
