rebootXP is hiring for the role of Trainer - Sales Process

Job Location - Sector 58, Noida

Qualification - Graduate

Skills - Good spoken English

Work Exp - Min 1 years of relevant experience (BPO Sales Trainer Role)

Job Role -

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant consumer sales process. Should be from premium contact centers/offline sales with 1 year of work exp as a sales trainer.

- E-commerce experience would be preferable.

- TTT Certified resources would be preferable. Trainers would undergo a presentation round as a part of the selection process.

- Candidate should have consumer durable sales experience.

- Candidate should be well versed in oral and written communication.

- Candidate should have knowledge about the basic adult learning principles.

- Candidate should have knowledge about delivering feedback.

- Should be fluent in Hindi & English Language.
