Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and user experiences, with a specific focus on SaaS products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.
Analyze and improve the usability of existing products and propose enhancements.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Knowledge of React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Mandatory Skills: At least 2 years of experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
Industry Experience: Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in SaaS companies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
