Role & Responsibilities:

• Agent: Prospecting, needs analysis, product explanation, sales, client relationship management, service.
• Underwriter: Risk assessment, analyzing applications, determining premiums, adhering to guidelines.
• Customer Service: Handling inquiries, providing policy information, processing requests, resolving issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• General: Strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving, detail-oriented, teamwork, ethical.
• Agent: Sales experience, insurance license (or willingness to get), negotiation skills.
• Underwriter: Relevant degree, analytical skills, knowledge of underwriting principles.
• Customer Service: Customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
