Job Description

Experience: 5 - 6 Years in Software Development
Fleapo is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled developer with a strong technical background and the ability to manage and mentor teams. You will be proficient in modern development frameworks and tools, and have the ability to architect solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

This role requires hands-on expertise in technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React,Next.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, Postgres, GraphQL, DevOps, and cloud platforms like AWS.

Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop smart, efficient technical solutions to meet product and business
requirements.
- Review and maintain code quality, setting and enforcing best practices across the team.
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications you lead.
- Collaborate with both frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless project development.
- Work with DevOps to ensure scalable and stable deployment environments.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire junior developers to build high-quality products.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations without compromising code health or maintainability.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of development and managerial experience, particularly within the MERN stack.
- Experience managing teams of 5-7 members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
