Indecomm Global Services is hiring for "Finance Payroll Executive"
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced payroll individual to oversee the payroll operations in our company. The primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, considering deductions and withholdings. Prepare payroll schedules and records and contribute to various accounting tasks, such as updating payroll files.

Key Responsibility Areas:
- Work cohesively with payroll vendor and HR team.
- Calculate net salaries considering deductions and with holdings
- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
- Update general ledger and payroll files
- Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
- Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
- Statutory reconciliation monthly ( ESI, PF,PT )
- Monitoring minimum wages changes of states monthly
- Calculate Gratuity amount for eligible employee whenever required
- Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
- Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)
- Participate in payroll audits
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
- Ensure zero errors and timely processing of payroll.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports and share the same with the management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 2-5 Years experience in end-to-end payroll management or in a similar role
- Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
- Must have strong mathematical skills and knowledge of national and regional laws on payroll and taxes.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Great computational ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
