Job Description
Role: Process Analyst
Position: Non-Technical
Skill: Claims Adjudication (US Healthcare Process)
Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
Work Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite (all 5 days work from office)
Venue: SEZ, Ramanujan IT City, 6th Floor Cambridge Tower, SH 49A, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600113, India
Walk-In Date:03rd May 2025, Saturday.
Walk-In Time: 10:00 AM -1:00 PM

Job Summary:
As a Process Analyst, you will play a key role in claims adjudication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. You will analyze, validate, and process complex claims, contributing to maintaining TAT, meeting SLAs, and delivering exceptional quality for our customers. You may also mentor less experienced team members.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, validate, update, and process healthcare claims accurately and efficiently.
- Meet defined scope, targets, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Provide support for new team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.
- Report on production and quality status.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in claims adjudication.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
