Job Summary:
Vectrae Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and reconcile payments efficiently.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on due payments.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions and financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
