Billing Executive @ URC Logistics

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Generate accurate invoices based on sales orders and delivery notes.
  
• Review and verify billing data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and files.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve billing discrepancies.
  
• Follow up with clients for timely payments and support account reconciliation.
  
• Prepare and maintain reports related to billing and receivables.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience in logistics, trading, or service industries is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  
• Professional and customer-centric approach.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or accounts.
  
• Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
