Billing Executive @ Agro chemical

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive billing executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, managing billing queries, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with billing software.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue GST-compliant invoices accurately and on time
  
• Maintain records of bills, receipts, and payments in the system
  
• Follow up with clients for timely payments and resolve billing queries
  
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order and billing details
  
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports
  
• Manage & support day-to-day accounting activities
  
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted in software like Tally/Zoho
  
• Support the finance team during audits and ensure compliance with billing policies

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
  
• Understanding of GST and basic tax principles
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
