Job Description

We are looking for a Conversational Agent Specialist with expertise in designing and managing **generative playbooks** to build intelligent, context-aware, and scalable AI conversation experiences. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about language, conversation design, and cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs) and natural language understanding (NLU).

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and manage **generative playbooks** for AI-powered conversational agents.

* Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to define and refine conversation flows across different user journeys.

* Develop modular, reusable conversation components using prompt engineering and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).

* Continuously test and optimize conversations using user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.

* Ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and compliance standards.

* Translate business requirements into effective conversational UX using both scripted and generative techniques.

* Maintain structured documentation and version control of conversational logic and playbook assets.
