Job Description

SUMMARY

Job Title: Field Recruiter

Location: Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 0 3 years (Field recruitment experience preferred)

Job Role:

Identify and recruit ITI (Electrician/Wireman) candidates for smart meter installation roles within the local area
Organize and conduct field visits, ITI outreach, and mobilization drives
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process
Provide daily progress reports and ensure hiring targets are met

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 12th pass or graduate
Ownership of a 2-wheeler is mandatory
Familiarity with Mahasamund and nearby areas is essential

Salary & Benefits:

12,000 15,000/month
