Job Description:
Machine Operator:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery according to SOPs.
- Adjusting machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Production Processes:
- Loading raw materials into machines and removing finished products.
- Following production schedules and meeting daily targets.
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Performing regular quality checks during production.
- Reporting defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately reporting safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 11 PM
- 11 PM to 7 AM
Workweek: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
Shift Allowance: 30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)
Note: Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & Bihar
Selection Process:
- Interviews: Online
- Medical Test: Mandatory post-selection
Requirements
Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
- Age: 18-25 years
- Gender: Male & Female
- Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
- Experience: Fresher
- Documents Required:
- Resume
- 10th and 12th mark sheets
- ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates
- Provisional and Transfer certificates
- Aadhar Card, PAN Card
- Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed)
- 5 Passport-size photos
Benefits
- 17,000 per month for Diploma holders
- 16,000 per month for ITI holders
