Preparing and cooking a wide range of Lebanese dishes including shawarma hummus falafel & other regional specialties
Ensuring dishes are prepared according to established recipes & quality standards
Assisting in training and supervising kitchen staff

Required Candidate profile

Maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen.
Monitoring the quality and presentation of food.
Contributing to menu planning, developing new dishes, and identifying market trends.
