Role & responsibilities

• Book closure
• Preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act
• Finalizing cost data requirements as per RERA and lenders.

Qualifications other Requirements

• CA with 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Accounting, Financial Reporting relating to Real Estate
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Experience in IND AS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Work experience in SAP environment
