JOB SPECIFICATION

Position : Analyst/ Senior Analyst Investment Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role would involve providing support to Investment Banking clients (global) of Aranca for their research requirements.

The opportunity is ideal for professionals who have 1-3 years of experience in investment banking research and are interested in being a part of our growing investment banking practice.

Providing support to clients in screening ideas and creation of marketing collateral (including but not limited to pitch books, IMs, PPMs, and company profiles)

Preparing target industry databases and company profiles

Create mid- to high-complexity valuation models including but not limited to merger models, and LBO models Handle client communication

Handling adhoc research requests as per client or team requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Functional Requirements:

CA rankers, CFAs or MBAs from top tier institutes

1-6 years of experience in Investment Banking research would be preferred

Excellent analytical and web researching skills Strong financial and business analysis skills

Proficiency in working on databases Excellent ppt and excel skills

Soft skills & Behavioral skills:

Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
