Role & responsibilities
1. Design and create custom cakes according to client specifications and preferences.
2. Develop and execute cake designs, considering themes, colors, and flavors.
3. Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
4. Decorate cakes using various techniques, such as piping, fondant work, and sugar art.
5. Operate commercial food equipment.
6. Manage cake orders, timelines, and deliveries.
7. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
