We are hiring for 2 roles : UI/UX Designer and Android/MERN Developer
Both positions are Freelance/Homebased
Candidates are preferred from Noida and Ghaziabad location
Job description for UI/UX Designer
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user interface design, user experience principles, and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience across our digital products.
Key Responsibilities :-
- UI Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- UX Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- User Flows: Design and document user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and style guide.
- Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.- Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of UI designs, UX processes, and user research.
Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Knowledge: Understanding of current design trends, responsive design principles, and best practices in UX.- Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with a user-centered approach.
Nice-to-Have :- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
Job Description for Android/MERN Developer
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Android Development.
Exp in Android Architecture components like Kotlin, Java, Android X, Realm, RXJava, Retrofit, Rest Api, API Integrations, Firebase, Git.
- We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and user-friendly applications.
- Exp in developing new applications and strong knowledge of coding practices with involvement in full SDLC.
- Exp in camera and Image processing, publishing mobile applications in Google play .
- Solid understanding of Google's Material Design principles and Android interface guidelines. Design and develop applications that adhere to Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Familiar with GIT, SVN ad Mobile architecture such as MVC, MVP and MVVM.
- Good technical knowledge and exp in OOPS design and programming .
- Provide operational support, maintenance and enhancement of ongoing projects including troubleshooting of production issues and change request.
- Passion for mobile development and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
- You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable Android applications using Kotlin.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that adhere to natural user interaction (NUI) principles.
- Integrate Android applications with back-end services using RESTful APIs.
- Ensure applications are compatible across various Android versions and screen sizes.
- Implement offline storage mechanisms and optimize application performance through threading and code optimization techniques.
Leverage the open-source Android ecosystem and utilize libraries for common tasks. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
