Reports To: Board of Directors

our client is a leading hotel group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our team, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive operational and financial performance.

Your Role:

• Providing strategic leadership across all hotel departments
• Delivering world-class guest experiences through a guest-first culture
• Driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
• Overseeing departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team
• Ensuring legal, health, safety, and brand compliance
• Representing the hotel in the community and with stakeholders
• Reporting operational and financial performance to the Board and Shareholders

What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Masters preferred)

810 years of hotel management experience, with at least 3 in a GM role

Proven financial and operational leadership in a 4-star or luxury hotel

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS, POS, revenue tools)
