- Manage and optimize the company's CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor passenger interactions and provide insights for improving passenger satisfaction and retention.
- Create and implement automated workflows for better passenger communication and engagement.
2) Data Insights & Reporting:
- Analyse historical data to identify passenger trends, behavior, and preferences.
- Generate reports and insights for management to improve business decision-making.
- Assist in segmenting passengers for targeted marketing campaigns.
3) Social Media Marketing Support:
- Develop social media strategies that align with passenger engagement goals.
- Monitor and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and passenger sentiment.
4) IT and ERP System Support:
- Work with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with ERP software and other systems.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for CRM and ERP-related technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP systems for passenger service, sales, and marketing
processes.
