Job Description

• Manage daily healthcare operations in assisted living settings focused on elderly care.
  
• Coordinate with U.S.-based doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and caregiving staff to support patient care activities.
  
• Review, verify, and track prescriptions and medication dosages; ensure proper administration records.
  
• Support and supervise medical documentation processes for the care team.
  
• Handle pharmaceutical inventory management, including expiry tracking and reorder planning.
  
• Prepare reports for audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
  
• Serve as a communication bridge between healthcare providers and the administrative team.
  
• Train and mentor junior staff on healthcare documentation protocols and systems
