Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Reciprocating, Screw & Oil-Free Air Compressors
Develop & implement marketing strategies to boost sales
Identify new business opportunities & build strong customer relationships
Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
Address customer concerns professionally to ensure repeat business
Negotiate contracts & agreements with customers
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Requirements:
Experience: 5-8+ years in air compressor sales
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of compressors & their applications
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
Independence: Ability to work autonomously & meet sales targets
Keyskills: Air Compressor New Business Development Industrial Sales
