Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Management professional to lead and oversee complex projects across different verticals. The ideal candidate is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and Partnering with Functional heads to ensure the organization's goals are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic input on talent management and retention strategies along with stakeholders.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights for business decisions.

2. Talent Management & Employee Development:

  • Lead talent management efforts.
  • Develop and execute talent development programs, leadership training, and succession planning.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience through effective grievance handling and workplace conflict resolution.

4. Performance Management & Compensation:

  • Drive the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting and employee evaluations.
  • Work with compensation and benefits teams to design competitive pay structures and incentive plans.

5. Change Management & Organizational Development:

  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Lead HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, digital HR transformation, and workforce optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, data analytics, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
