Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join a Technical Support Chat Process role for a global client. This is a pure chat-based support role and does not involve troubleshooting Apple products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to technical issues via chat support in a timely and professional manner
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, connectivity, basic configurations, and system settings .
  
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions provided
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet defined SLAs
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical chat support (Non-Voice)
  
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US Shifts)
  
• Should have basic technical knowledge of operating systems, applications, or connectivity issues
  
• Immediate joiners only
