Job Posting: Manager - Quality Travel (Airlines) - IGT Solutions

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:
IGT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Quality (Transaction Quality) to join our team. This role will involve managing a team of Quality Evaluators and Team Leaders within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in airlines or travel-based processes and bring strong leadership skills, quality management expertise, and a deep understanding of process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Quality Evaluators and Team Leaders to ensure high-quality performance in aligned processes.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Drive and influence improvement objectives through effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Activities: Oversee the documentation for transaction monitoring and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Process Improvement: Track process trends, identify broken links, and recommend improvement opportunities for enhanced performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report trends in agents performance and process efficiency to ensure continual improvement.
  • Corrective Actions: Implement corrective action plans where necessary to address performance gaps.
  • Six Sigma Methodologies: Participate in quality system improvements using Six Sigma methodologies to enhance overall performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, including dip check and calibration compliance.
  • Motivational Tools: Suggest and implement new quality tools and initiatives to improve transaction quality and employee motivation.
  • Bottom Quartile Performance: Identify bottom quartile performers and implement targeted strategies for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Airlines/Travel: A background in the travel or airline industry is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management, time management, and people management capabilities.
  • Process Expertise: Knowledge of various quality control tools such as Pareto, Six Sigma, FMEA, and SIPOC.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Organized and Methodical: Must be organized, methodical, and target-driven.
