About the Role: Spade Technologies is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer to join our design team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about visual storytelling and can bring ideas to life through both static and animated designs. From branding and marketing visuals to dynamic motion graphics for digital campaigns, you will work on a wide range of design projects that enhance user engagement and brand impact. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for social media, web, print, and branding purposes. Create engaging motion graphics and video assets for digital campaigns, reels, product showcases, and presentations. Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects to craft high-quality visuals and animations. Support marketing and product teams with creative content for promotions and communication. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure visual consistency across digital products. Develop brand identity elements including logos, style guides, and visual templates. Stay up to date with the latest design and motion trends, techniques, and tools. Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Strong skills in both static graphic design and motion graphics/video editing. A keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, typography, and animation timing. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas quickly and effectively. Portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic and motion design projects. Familiarity with Figma and WordPress is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight deadlines.,
