Job Title: Business Development Manager Solar Panel DivisionLocation: [Agra]Job Type: Full-TimeExperience: 13 years (in solar energy or renewable energy sector)Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our solar panel sales and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of solar energy products and a strong track record in business development, especially in the solar installation domain. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the solar panel market. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients (residential, commercial, industrial). Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, installers, vendors, and customers. Work closely with the technical and operations team to provide tailored solar solutions. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competition. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project costing in coordination with the engineering team. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking meets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales within the solar or renewable energy sector. Strong knowledge of solar products, installation processes, and project cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,
