Role Description We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Application Sales Engineer to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales of CNC Cutting Tools, Lubricants & Band Saw Blades, client relationship management, and team leadership. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with MBA Marketing preferred). Experience: Minimum 3-15 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial sales, or manufacturing sectors. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Leadership Abilities: Experience in managing a sales team and mentoring team members. Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle negotiations and close high-value deals. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools. Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and be open to field visits and client meetings.,
