- Position: Project Manager Location: Nagercoil (Work from Office) Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the software industry to oversee and execute Agile development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Agile software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, establish clear project goals, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays and deviations. Track project budget and expenses, manage project finances and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Communicate project status, updates, and critical milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams. Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering their professional growth and development.,
