Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Nagercoil. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support through phone and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining comprehensive customer records. Daily tasks include resolving service issues, following up with customers for feedback, and working closely with the technical team to ensure timely service delivery. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide an excellent Customer Experience Strong Phone Etiquette skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle customer complaints professionally Proficiency in maintaining customer records and data Experience in the home services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required,
