    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US Voice Fintech Process team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to US-based clients in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate should be ready to work in a rotational night shift and rotational week off setup. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls from US clients in the fintech sector. Resolving customer queries related to financial services and products. Providing accurate information and troubleshooting customer issues. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Maintaining performance metrics as per the companys standards. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
