Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits (ISO, GRS, OCS, Intertek etc). Develop and maintain compliance checklists and audit documentation. Monitor HR policies and practices to ensure alignment with certification standards. Train and support internal teams on compliance protocols and audit readiness. Liaise with certification bodies and auditors during audits. Identify gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Stay up to date with regulatory and certification standard changes. Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization. Budget UPTO 40 K CTC,
