Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Finance & Accounting Operations Responsibilities Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing accounts and expand Genpacts scope within the client environment. Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support/Guidance to BD Team and ensure adequate controls within the operations. Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams. Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications MBA, Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant. High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ,
