About Us: Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. The group is into Real Estate development in North India with current focus on Shimla where it is developing 3 projects (10 lac sq ft) offering an entire range of products to the buyers - from plots to apartments to ultraluxury villas. The group is forever looking for talent to manage and fuel its growth. This position is for General Manager (Finance & Accounts) to head the function. As head, you will be playing a key role not only in the real estate business but also in the Real Estate Fund / AIF of the Group which is in the pipeline. Please note that the position is based in Shimla. A key requirement is hands on experience in stucturing of capital (equity, preference, CCDs, Esops, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the promoters Managing finance and accounts Ensuring regulatory filings and compliance Liasoning with Banks & Auditors Coordinating with regulators and working with company secretary on secretarial matters Implementation of ERP Building a team Required Skill Sets: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter may also apply who we may consider not for this opening but levels below this position) Have a strong understanding of Real Estate Knowledge of Taxation and IND AS Knowledge of Statutory, RERA, Legal & Secretarial compliances Job Location - Shimla Compensation - 24 lac per annum +,
