- Designation: Manager Updated: April 23, 2025 Location: Uttar Pradesh, India Organization: Chemicals Job Description: Job Purpose KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 1.Plant operation and performance To monitor and control the plant operations for ensuring that the plant operates as per required norms, procedures and parameters to achieve targeted production. One of duties to ensure that the process for effluent handling are followed as per statute, norms Daily review of log sheets, logbook. Ensure to set operation parameters and consumption norms. Bring cost awareness across the plant. Ensure that equipment remains in healthy condition KRA2 2.Safety health and Environment To review, monitor and control plant safety in Cl2 Filling and H2 Bottling plant and adopt Du Pont safety model, Adherence to statutory compliance related to safety To ensure use of PPE To ensure accident free operation To ensure compliance of Hydraulic testing To provide awareness to employees about benefit of use of safety equipment Ensure safety equipment remains in healthy condition KRA3 3.Hydraulic testing and PM of equipments Ensure Hydraulic testing of tonners to be done within the specified period and make them available for Filling Ensure preventive maintenance of equipments KRA4 4.SOP To prepare SOPs as per the safety norms and Du pont standerd and ensure their implementation, and that all safety equipments are in proper operating conditions and other safety norms and procedures, Prepare and implement and review SOP as per time line and whenever required. Ensure compliance to all Pollution, safety and Dupont activities To ensure accident free operations and ensure compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements KRA5 5.Planning and Budgeting Preparation of annual budget in alignment with customer needs Identifying potential cost saving areas, improvements areas, implementation of improvement proposals KRA6 6.People management / training/ multiskilling To identify and train plant people to be available to fill gap for smooth operation of plant Identify the person, move them from one area to other for multiskilling. Training plant people for workplace safety and process safety. Make available plant people for training as per HR guideline KRA7 1.WCM Developing the process and procedures as per the standard of WCM and ensuring the adherence to the same to achieve the excellence in the process and ensuring the training as per WCM requirements. Ensure implementation of WCM practices & other systems in the plant Review audit reports and plan for improvement Qualifications: Bachelor of Chem Engineering,Dipl.-Chem.
