Job Description

Qualifications Passed CS Executive or CS Professional level from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around the PCMC, Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) area. Good understanding of corporate laws and regulatory compliance frameworks. Sound written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable working in a structured, document-intensive environment. Prior internship or practical experience in a PCS firm will be considered an added advantage. Responsibilities Preparation and filing of e-forms with MCA as required under the Companies Act and applicable regulations. Incorporation companies, including Section 8 companies. Manage pre- and post-meeting activities related to Board and Shareholders" meetings, including drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes. Maintain and update statutory registers and records as per regulatory requirements. Assist in conducting Secretarial Audits and legal due diligence processes. Draft various corporate resolutions, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision. Ensure timely and accurate documentation to support corporate compliance and governance initiatives.,
