Job Description

Responsible for IT & Non IT Recruitment. Manage entire staffing process: recruitment, screening, interview. Sourcing profiles via different sources like job portals, internal database, references. Good in communication & attitude to learn new concept

Required Candidate profile

Preparing Job description. Sourcing the candidates online. Recruitment process till the joining.
Managing the HR admin processes like attendance, leaves, time-sheets, payroll, travel, claims, comp & benefits, appraisal, policies and other HR roles.
